> Senior Project Architect focusing on creative and complex multi-family housing solutions and communities.

> Current project includes a six building multi-family development in Cleveland, Ohio on the Scranton Peninsula site. The project has 316 units with a combination of flats and multi-level apartment units. The project is on 7.5 acres and has an extensive amenity package, landscape and site work scope. Residential units and interior amenities will be All Electric.

> Role includes mentoring junior staff, organizing social and educational events through the BKV Chicago Culture Committee and reporting project information for our AIA 2030 signatory obligations.

Senior Architect & Project Manager | July 2021 - March 2022 | Farr Associates | 53 W Jackson Blvd. Chicago, IL 60604

> Senior Architect focusing on high performance, sustainable buildings. Work included single and multi-family residences as well as commercial office and retail spaces. Projects often pursue net zero energy, Passive House (PHIUS) certification as well as LEED certification

> Firm wide focus on creating all electric buildings in the Chicago/Midwest region
